15 year warranty

The MiaSuite commercial guarantee is valid for 15 years on all products. The period in question starts from the moment of delivery of the products and cannot be extended in any case. Our customers will therefore be able to avail themselves of the right to guarantee for any type of inefficiency of the product, attributable to production, which compromises its functionality.

The insurance is subject to the fact that the products have been used correctly and the rules of use and maintenance have been observed. All goods that are not in perfect hygienic conditions or that have been improperly used will therefore be excluded from coverage.

Any depression of the mattress of less than three centimeters is to be considered, over a period of fifteen years, completely physiological. This phenomenon is therefore excluded from the guarantee, as is any manifestation of regular wear. Even a small difference in size, due to the assembly of elastic constituents, is to be considered completely regular and therefore does not constitute a defect.

Furthermore, if the product is delivered vacuum-packed, it is recommended to remove the packaging promptly and to communicate any discrepancies from the description within 14 days of receiving the goods. MiaSuite declines all responsibility for anomalies or shortages reported beyond this time limit.

If necessary, the customer must send via email, to the email address info@miasuite.it, photographs and detailed descriptions of the defects found. MiaSuite reserves the right to verify the existence and type of damage highlighted. Following approval by an agent, the product must be sent appropriately packaged to our headquarters.

The above warranty provides for the free repair or replacement of the affected part. If this is not possible, the entire product will be replaced. Packaging and transport costs are always paid by the customer.
