With MiaSuite shipping is free for orders over €50 throughout Italy, including the Islands. For orders under €50 shipping costs are €10.
To offer you a quality product, made to measure, we make our items at the time of order to then be entrusted to the courier. It will then take 24/48 hours for the actual delivery , so you will receive your order within 2/5 working days .
The transport of your order will be carried out by express couriers GLS or BRT ; in both cases the shipment will always be traceable through a tracking code that will be sent to the email address you indicated during the purchase phase.
When possible, our products are shipped rolled up and vacuum-packed: a hygienic, practical and environmentally friendly procedure. In fact, our space-saving packaging, in addition to keeping dust and bacteria away, reduces CO2 emissions during transport.
Upon arrival of the courier, the goods will be delivered to the CIVICO, not the floor, of the address indicated during purchase.
In case of evident damage to the packaging or presumed tampering, it is preferable to refuse the goods or accept them with reservation, indicating the extent of the damage on the waybill.
Make sure that the number of packages delivered corresponds to that indicated in the transport document.
It is also important to open and check the conformity of the goods within 15 days of receipt, which is also the maximum time limit for opening the vacuum packaging.

Easy return and guaranteed refund
You have the right to withdraw from the contract, without giving any reason, within 14 days. The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day on which you or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by you, acquires physical possession of the last good. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us at the email address info@miasuite.it of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an explicit declaration.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
The contractual withdrawal provides for the reimbursement of payments made by the customer to us, with the exception of the shipping costs foreseen for the return of the purchase.
The refund will be made within and no later than 14 days of the request for contractual withdrawal, for cases without undue delay and upon return of the products.
Such refunds will be made using the same means of payment as used for the initial transaction (this cannot happen in the case of cash on delivery), unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not have to bear any costs as a consequence of such refund. The refund may be suspended until the goods are received or until the consumer has demonstrated that he has sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.
You are requested to send back the goods or deliver them to us at “Ailime srl - Via Padula 169 - 80026 Casoria (NA)” without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day on which you communicated your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired. Only in the case of obvious manufacturing errors will the costs of returning the goods be borne by us. You are only liable for the diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
NB Article 59, letter c) of the Consumer Code eliminates the right of withdrawal in cases where the goods sold have been made “to measure” or “personalised” based on the choices of the end customer.

How do I request an invoice?
All customers at the time of purchase can request the release of a regular invoice as required by law. To obtain the invoice, simply fill in the billing information during the checkout phase or request it via email after purchase.
IMPORTANT: The customer can request the invoice within and no later than 10 days from the moment of purchase.
Where will I receive my tracking?
Shipping is safe and traceable: a tracking code will be sent to the email address you indicated during the purchase phase and thanks to it you can monitor the movements of the goods at any time.
